Quick Start Guide:
- Place Food: Place your food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable. Make sure the door is closed.
- Set Time: Use the number pad to enter cooking time (e.g., press 1, 0, 0 for 1 minute 30 seconds, or 1:30).
- Set Power Level (Optional): Press the Power button to adjust power level if needed. Default is usually 800W (high power).
- Start: Press the Start button (⏰) to begin cooking. The turntable will rotate automatically.
- Stop or Pause: Press Stop/Cancel to pause or stop cooking. Open the door to stop immediately.
Power Levels:
- High (800W): For quick heating, cooking, and reheating most foods
- Medium (600W): For gentle cooking and reheating delicate items
- Low (100W): For defrosting, keeping warm, or slow cooking
Cooking Tips:
- Reheating: Most leftovers need 1-3 minutes on high power. Stir halfway through for even heating.
- Defrosting: Use low power (100W) and allow extra time. Turn food over halfway through.
- Liquids: Heat liquids carefully - they can boil over. Stir before and after heating.
- Cover food: Use a microwave-safe cover or lid to prevent splattering and speed up cooking.
Important Safety Notes:
- Never use metal containers - Metal, aluminum foil, or containers with metal trim can cause sparks and damage the oven.
- Never heat sealed containers - Sealed containers can explode. Always remove lids or pierce packaging before heating.
- Never heat eggs in shell - Eggs can explode even after heating. Remove from shell first.
- Use microwave-safe containers only - Use glass, ceramic, or plastic containers marked as microwave-safe.
- Check food temperature - Stir or shake food before eating, especially baby food and liquids, to avoid burns.
- Keep door closed during operation - Never operate the microwave with the door open.
Troubleshooting:
Oven doesn't start:
Check that the door is completely closed. Make sure you've
pressed the Start button.
Food not cooked:
Check that timer is set correctly and Start button was
pressed. Verify door is closed. Check if circuit breaker
hasn't tripped.
Sparking or arcing inside:
Stop immediately! Remove any metal objects, aluminum foil,
or containers with metal trim. Check for damage.
Steam or condensation:
Normal during operation - steam is released during cooking.
This is not a fault.
Light not working:
The light bulb may need replacement. Contact us for
assistance - do not attempt to replace it yourself.
Cleaning Tips:
- Clean spills immediately after use while the oven is still warm (but not hot)
- Use warm water and mild detergent with a soft cloth or sponge
- Clean the turntable and support ring regularly - they can be removed for easier cleaning
- Never use steam cleaners or water jets to clean the microwave
- Keep the door seal clean to ensure proper operation
