Dishwasher Manual
Quick Start Guide:
- Load Dishes: Remove large food scraps from dishes. Place dishes in the upper and lower baskets. Make sure dishes don't block the detergent dispenser or impellers.
- Add Detergent: Open the detergent dispenser (on the inside of the door) and add dishwasher detergent (tablet or powder). Close the dispenser lid firmly.
- Select Program: Press the program selection button to choose your washing program (usually Auto, Eco, or Quick Wash).
- Start: Close the door firmly and press the Start button. The program will begin automatically.
- Unload: Wait for the program to finish (the indicator light will show when complete). Open the door and let dishes cool before removing them.
Washing Programs:
- Auto: Automatically adjusts washing time and temperature based on load - Recommended for most uses
- Eco: Energy-efficient program for normally soiled dishes (longer cycle, lower temperature)
- Quick Wash: Fast program for lightly soiled dishes (shorter cycle)
- Intensive: For heavily soiled dishes and pots (higher temperature, longer cycle)
Loading Tips:
- Upper basket: Plates, bowls, glasses, cups, and small items
- Lower basket: Large plates, pots, pans, and larger items
- Cutlery basket: Forks, knives, spoons - place handles down for safety
- Don't overload: Leave space between items for water to circulate
- Face dishes inward: Point dirty surfaces toward the center for better cleaning
Important Safety Notes:
- Remove large food scraps - Scrape off large food particles before loading. No need to pre-rinse.
- Use only dishwasher detergent - Never use regular dish soap or hand-wash detergent (it will create excessive foam).
- Don't open door during cycle - Hot steam will escape. Only open if absolutely necessary.
- Wait before unloading - Dishes will be hot. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing.
- Don't overload baskets - Overloading prevents proper cleaning and can damage dishes.
- Check items are dishwasher-safe - Some items (wood, aluminum, delicate glass) should not be washed in dishwasher.
Troubleshooting:
Dishwasher doesn't start:
Check that the door is completely closed. Make sure you've
pressed the Start button. Check if circuit breaker hasn't
tripped.
Dishes not clean:
Check that detergent was added and dispenser closed
properly. Make sure dishes aren't blocking the impellers.
Try a more intensive program.
Detergent remains in dispenser:
Make sure dispenser is dry before adding detergent. Don't
add detergent too early - add it just before starting.
Water remains after cycle:
Check if filters are clean. Check if drain hose is not
blocked. This may indicate a drainage issue - contact us if
problem persists.
Foam forms in machine:
You may have used regular dish soap instead of dishwasher
detergent. Make sure rinse aid lid is closed. Contact us if
problem persists.
Spots or film on dishes:
Rinse aid may be low or water hardness setting may need
adjustment. Check rinse aid indicator and add if needed.
Cleaning Tips:
- Clean filters regularly - Remove and rinse the filter system under running water
- Wipe door seals and edges with a damp cloth to remove food residue
- Clean the interior occasionally with a damp cloth and mild detergent
- Don't leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher for more than 2-3 days - it can cause odors
- Never use harsh chemicals, bleach, or steam cleaners to clean the dishwasher
